Closing Cost

Closing costs consist of transfer taxes, land measuring costs, notary honorarium, legal title search fee, title registration fee, and legal stamp costs.
If you are financing the purchase of your home through a mortgage, it could include mortgage registration costs as well.

In total, all these closing costs are estimated to be about 5% of the value of the Property, if the value of the property, being transferred is less than USD. 140,450.00 (Awg 250,000.00).
If the property value is more than USD. 142,860.00 (Awg. 250,000.00), the closing costs are estimated in total at 7% of the value of the Property.
